Telehealth Support

Using secure/confidential video telehealth services as never been easier. You can access care with your provider through online video counseling from virtually anywhere using your webcam-enabled PC, tablet, or smartphone. You will get a link via email and by tapping the link on your device, will automatically be taken into your app for your call. Be sure to enter your first name, then tap “Join.” If you are experiencing difficulties, you can reach out to your provider and let them know. If you did not get a link sent to your email, use your email to log into the client portal and join from within.
